It is in the authentic and warm atmosphere of their two dining rooms that your hosts invite you to taste their homemade cuisine. Two rooms with different capacities, one for 50 people with a “workman’s” menu and the other for 70 people with a more sophisticated menu. In both cases, Karine and Claude, who come from the restaurant trades, make it a point of honour to work with the seasons, from ultra-fresh local produce. Proof of this is that their menu evolves with the seasons, changing every quarter.
Their cuisine is traditional and regional, tasty and generous.

Elegant rooms in an exceptional natural site in the Ardèche
The 22 rooms of the Bois Sauvage are divided into two buildings. Behind its majestic wooden facade, the main building houses 17 rooms. The other 5 bedrooms, two of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility, sleep in the neighbouring farmhouse.
Karine and Claude renovated almost all of them when they arrived in 2023 so that they meet the expected comfort and look like them.
They are simple and pretty, in "trendy" tones and materials such as wood that recall the natural environment that surrounds them.
To meet the needs of the greatest number, they are "double" or "twin", "standard", "comfort" or family with a view of the park or the city. Perfectly equipped, they have a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection... and some open onto a private terrace overlooking the park.
